Returns

For a return request (RMA) to be accepted, it must meet all of thee following criteria:

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods.

• The goods must be unopened and in the original packaging.
• We must receive the goods within 14days of the order date.

To submit a return request, please complete the form below or email linzai@linzaibeauty.com quoting the order number and words “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line.

If accepted, we can offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return the goods to us will not be refunded.

All refunds will be sent to the card/ paypal account used to purchase the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund request if the goods are not suitably sealed or have been damaged.
