Returns

For a return request (RMA) to be accepted, it must meet all of thee following criteria:

A return request must be submitted within 7days of receiving goods.

  • The goods must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  • We must receive the goods within 14days of the order date.

To submit a return request, please click the “Returns” link in the footer of our website or email linzai@linzaibeauty.com quoting the order number and words “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line.

If accepted, we can offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return the goods to us will not be refunded.

All refunds will be sent to the card/ paypal account used to purchase the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund request if the goods are not suitably sealed or have been damaged.

DAMAGED GOODS:

if goods are received damaged , we will ask for proof of item/items damaged. You will be asked to send a photo of damaged goods. You must fill out returns form with query stated of damaged goods . we will also send out a replacement and may ask for damaged goods to be returned to our return address. Customer can ask for a refund, but must return goods back to us, once goods are returned we will issue a refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days after goods have been received.

Cancel order

We may need to cancel your order if item is out of stock: If for any reason we may need to cancel your order, it will be done within 24hrs of order placed we will cancel order and email customer stating the reason why we have had to cancel your order. You will not be charged for your cancelled order. If customer needs to cancel order for any reason you must notify us within 24hrs stating your order number. We can not cancel order once order has been confirmed.

Delivery

Standard “Flat rate” delivery is 4 – 7 Working days.

When our chosen courier takes procession of your ordered goods, we no longer hold any responsibility for them.

It is your responsibility to make sure you receive goods once dispatched. All orders are signed for and tracked.

We are not liable for incorrect address stated on order confirmation; we can only ship to the address provided.

Delivery outside uk:

Standard “Flat rate” delivery is 7– 10 Working days.

A tracking number will be provided, please note we are not held liable for any further charges on your end. We highly advise to check if there will be any further charges made upon receiving your goods before placing an order. However if there is any problems with delivery contact us, we will try our best to help. It is your responsibility to make sure you receive goods once dispatched.
